// FAQ

Common questions.
Straight answers.

A few of the things businesses usually want to know before getting started with Adroe.

// STILL HAVE A QUESTION?

You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.

Let's talk

// PRICING & PROJECTS

How projects are priced

Both. For a website or a clearly defined project, we do fixed price so you know exactly what you're paying. For ongoing work, hourly or a monthly plan usually makes more sense. We'll figure out which fits during our first call.

Because the right website depends on the size of the business, the number of pages, the features involved, content requirements, integrations, and what you actually need the site to accomplish. We would rather scope the project properly and give you a clear price than force every business into the same package.

Usually within a couple weeks of signing on. We keep a small client list on purpose so every project gets real attention.

We talk through what you're trying to accomplish, what you have today, what's not working, and what you think you need. You don't need a polished plan. That's part of what the conversation is for.

// OWNERSHIP

You should own the thing we build.

You do, completely. Once it's paid for, it's yours — no strings attached and no monthly platform lock-in.

Yes. If you want to manage your own content, an optional Adroe CMS can be included with a website. It is designed around the specific site rather than forcing the entire website onto a large generic platform.

No. The CMS is optional. If your site rarely changes, keeping it simple and static may make more sense. If you want to make your own updates, we can build the appropriate content management capability into the site.

// SUPPORT

We don't disappear after launch.

Yes. Monthly plans are available for updates, fixes, and just having someone to call if something breaks after the original contract terms have been met.

Yes. Fixes, upgrades, maintenance, and consulting are all part of what we do. We'll look at what you have, explain what makes sense, and help you decide whether it should be fixed, upgraded, or replaced.

// WORKING WITH ADROE

Why not just hire a bigger agency?

You can, but you'll usually get passed between account managers, wait a day for simple replies, and pay for time zone and language gaps you never asked for. With Adroe, everyone on your project is US-based, you get one accountable point of contact, and pricing is fixed up front — no surprise fees for basic fixes or communication overhead.

That's normal — most projects start that way. We'll talk it through together and figure out what actually needs to happen first.
